- KZKevin Zhu4 days ago1.0Some of the white employees here are completely being supercilious and rude. The worst case was: during the check out there is a sign saying "line starts here". We waited there at first but found out everyone went to the other side. Then we had to switch to the other side, however after all the waiting it and finally was our turn for checkout, the cashier told us the line should started from the other side so we have to restart the line??? What was your problem??? And how dare you said it was not a big problem to stand at the wrong place after you ignored us for being at the correct place at first? Of course that's not a problem for you! I don't know if he is acting like that just because we are Asians? But definitely the worst Lulu I've ever been to.

If you're going to go to a lulu go to this one!! They were all so nice and greeted me. Thank you so much for all the help!!

She has a very negative attitude towards customers. I was shocked to find out she was a manager with her lack of customer service skills. Also the hemming person they use is awful and ruined some of my items. I will not return.
- SLsonia lunaMay 29, 20191.0This is not the first time this store manager acted this way. I bought pair of pants from harbor east store yesterday my fault I didn’t try them on. I came home and tried the pants they fit perfect I love the color only thing the fabric gave me itchy reaction. So I brought it back to columbia store to return and also buy stuff for my husband for his birthday. I was told rudely by the manager that I need to take this back to harbor east and return there but I can buy other stuff here. I just want to be clear is LuLu a corporation or individual owned stores. I will never shop at columbia mall store again. Just because the staff!!!
