- ASAvis SelbyDec 7, 20252.0I needed an electric blanket, staff does not welcome you in the store every one walking around like they are forced to be there, walked up to the counter I ask the young lady plaid shirt was the register open or did I need to find another one she said give her a sec she moved a piece of clothing then asked can I help you, paid 65 for an electric blanket then tell me after I pay for it the bag is 5 cent. did'nt tell me before she rang up everything, 5 cent no issue place receipt on top of the box and pushes box forward. when I ask for a bag 5 cents but it may rip the bag. Customer service is trash its the Christmas season, not asking for a but kiss but at least come out and ask the customers if you need help finding anything. Walk up on 3 and two went in the back.

I was able to find several clothing items that I needed, at very good prices, which is really helpful right now. (It would be helpful if the dressing room was cleaner so I could give a 5 star review). I wanted to express my appreciation for Porchou, the cashier who handled my transaction. Despite a line of customers, she was efficient, patient, polite and had a smile for each person who was checking out. That’s a rare quality, especially when it’s a very busy time and she was one of only 3 cashiers on the whole floor! Of course I thanked her and now I hope her manager will recognize her also!
