  I was worried about going here given the reviews. This store was well stocked, clean, and not overly packed. If you want J Crew classics in a good size range, I would recommend this store. It doesn't have as much of the new fashion, but it was not what I wanted or needed. The sales associate was engaging, happy, and fun. I have had good and bad luck at the mall location so this is a nice option.

  I never ever take the time to leaving bad reviews but today I was so shocked and angry with the service i received. When I first entered the store the sales associate greeted me and asked if I needed anything which was nice. However as I was about to leave my toddler 2 year old som really liked a dinosaur shirt and would not let go of it so we ripped off the tag and i handed it to the checkout girl. Someone who looked like a manager came up behind me and asked if we were going to pay for the tshirt my son had in his hands. I let her know that i took the tag off and was checking out now. She questioned the tag and told me that the shirt was not on clearance like the tag said. I paid the difference but felt that she made it seem like i was trying to use a dofferent tag and not the one that was attached to the shirt. If they checked the tag correctly they could have seen that it was ripped of that item but she grabbed it and just crumbled im her hand?! As I was paying the difference i said to the checkout girl that I felt that they made it seem like I switched the tags?!!?! And her response was “ well we dont know if you did or not” I was shocked…I just ended it there and just paid and left. Terrible customer service. Never experienced something like that. I dont know what kind of people they deal with on a day to day but treating someone that is paying like they did something dishonest when they didnt is retail gaslighting and unacceptable. Paying the difference is no problem but the way the situation was approached is not okay…she could have just said “oh i think we accidentally put a clearance sticker on the tag, this is not correct” and it would have been fine and I would have paid and left happily…i am not shopping there anymore. My first and last time. I will just stick to Jcrew not factory.

  I’m not sure why there are bad reviews for this store. We had an exceptional experience here. The associate Taja was so helpful in explaining the sales and went out of her way to check on me and see if I needed another size. I recommend this place to everyone not just because of the quality clothes and great prices but also because the atmosphere and staff are amazing.

  Terrible customer service. I walked into the store looking for work attire for my full time job. Not one associate spoke to me. I saw at least 4-5 associates talking amongst each other . I was in the store for 5 minutes looking around and not one spoke. One even walked right by me. Was it because I was wearing my Sephora uniform from my part time job and they thought I couldn’t afford to buy anything, that no one opened up their mouth to try to help me? This store has terrible customer service and they just opened up. I don’t see them lasting long with the crew they having working in the store. Not to mention a previous reviewer said the same thing.
