- PBPhoebe Blackwood2 days ago5.010/10 Customer Service! This visit took place a little over a month ago, but it’s been on my mind since then. I just had to write a review. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted warmly by an associate named Ty. I was looking for a delicate blouse to match with my trousers. It was for an upcoming event with my mates abroad. He showed me to the section, and asked me considerate questions about my idea of what I was looking for, and for more details on my event to help me best. He was very friendly, well mannered, and attentive to even the little things. Checkout process was smooth and seamless. He ended up recommending me a few jewelry selections. Among them was a pair of beautiful earrings that brought out the color in my eyes. I ended up leaving with more than just a blouse; a pair of dainty earrings that matched perfectly with my now completed outfit, a positive mood, and a happy smile. I will be coming back ;).
