  The experience at this location has been extremely disappointing. Around Valentine’s Day, a family member placed an order for their loved one. When they arrived to pick it up, the store was closed — despite the posted business hours on the website stating that it should have been open. Unfortunately, the same situation happened again today. Another order was placed with a scheduled pickup time of 6:30 PM, while the website clearly states the store closes at 7:00 PM. When they arrived, the location was completely closed and dark, with no staff present well before the listed closing time. It is incredibly frustrating that this has now happened twice. My family member has gone out of their way — including driving nearly an hour — just to make their loved one happy, only to be met with disappointment both times. What makes matters worse is that there was no notification, no phone call, and no indication that the store would be closing early. Payments are processed immediately, yet customers are left without their purchases and without communication. This level of inconsistency and lack of communication is unacceptable. After two failed attempts and long drives, we will not be making another purchase at this location. Something needs to be done to prevent this from happening to others. Never again.

  Today, I wanted to do a little something for the Mrs's for V-Day. I went online to place a delivery order, but to no avail an error msg kept popping up. So, I called the store and from the jump the greeting on the phone was on point, I talked to Peter which turned out to be the Manager of the store. I explained what happened online, he said no worries I got you. From that point on, having an V-Day arrangement delivered to my wife, Peter made it happened. Then after the delivery he called back to assure me that it was delivered, and all things worked out. I highly recommend this store location of Edible Arrangements, if you are w/in their delivery limits or looking for one closets to you. Customer Service is 💯💯 Thanks Again Peter and Edible Arrangements for making this a wonderful start to the V-Day weekend.

  I placed a birthday order to be delivered to my fiancés work the day before today. I really wanted to take the time to shout out the delivery driver Eric. Not only did he ensure my fiancé received his order and was happy with it, but he called and left me a message letting me know it was delivered. It was such a professional and courteous message, very much appreciated!

  My delivery driver Eric was awesome! He called to let me know how great the interaction went and that after 14 yrs he could tell she was just as excited as the first day. He absolutely went above his job. Thank you Eric!
