  Never thought about writing a negative review on Ralph Lauren before especially this store. I returned a shirt too big to get something sizable and they refused because there is a new policy which I don’t believe customers were made aware of, and the annoying part was the attitude of the attendant. Guess I’ll prefer driving to Leesburg VA, to shop.

  Elissa you are a NASTY general manager and threatening your customers is UNACCEPTABLE! You should not be in a leadership position due to your inability to lead. Charles if Elyssa is the person you look up to, you don't have to look high because her attitude is so low. You two should be ashamed to talk and treat people the way to spoke to me on the phone. Elissa NEVER say that you don't care about military/active duty personnel and that they are the same as everyone else. You have no respect for others and your employment with this brand should be reconsidered.

  I still don’t fully understand what I experienced at this store. I was visiting friends in the Urbana area, and this was the closest Ralph Lauren, so I went in to buy gifts for them. While I was in the store, I was practically accused of something. I was only purchasing 4–5 items, and I was told—very rudely by a female store manager—that buying the same item in sizes S and M could raise suspicion that I intended to resell them. I must say she has a serious problem with her manner and attitude. She was extremely rude and deliberately provocative, and her looks were strangely demeaning, as if she was intentionally talking down to me. Apparently, in this store, buying the same sweater in different sizes—something completely normal if you and your best friend wear different sizes—can make you look suspicious. I would advise customers to be cautious when shopping here.

  When I wanted to leave a review about this store, I noticed that many other customers had similar complaints about the issue I experienced. After personally witnessing how rude the store manager was to customers, I honestly don’t even want to imagine how she treats the employees who work there. Unfortunately, this harsh and rude attitude did not create order, but rather resulted in neglect. The store was very messy and disorganized. This kind of behavior clearly led to chaos instead of discipline. I would not want anyone else to experience the same rudeness I did. For this reason, if you are looking to buy a gift for yourself or your family, choosing a different branch would be a better option.

  I recently visited your store and was very disappointed with the level of organization, particularly in the sale section. There were sweaters with torn seams, jackets with missing tags, and a generally messy layout. In fact, it wasn’t just the sale section; the entire store appeared quite disorganized. This gave the impression that the store is not being properly maintained. Experiences like this negatively impact the brand’s value and reputation. I was also surprised that the store manager allowed the environment to become this disordered. Unfortunately, due to this experience, I do not plan to return.
