Katie the assistant store manager told me to leave my glasses there because the store was so busy. About an hour later the store calls me to tell me that the store got robbed. I’m out $600 dollars for my Gucci glasses now and they can’t just give me a credit to use in store. Regional manager never got in contact with me as they promised she would. The store manager SONDRA is no help and poor communication. They will never ever get my business. POORLY ran business.
