- MBMs. L N. BJun 2, 20251.0I went in there today June 1st around 4:00 pm. Hardly anyone in the store. Wasn’t acknowledged. One black guy working & another woman. Having a full on conversation with each other. After just leaving Tory Burch & Coach with great customer service & relaying to you exactly what’s on sale when u come in with a smile. Happy to help!! I happily purchased from both of those stores! Oh but wait an older white woman comes in with her daughter and it’s “Hi guys. Welcome in.” Are you for real. How Fake. Then another group. Same thing. Acknowledge them &welcome. Offered assistance too. I’m AA and I’m older. At this point I’m like ok this is what we are doing? I’m trying to figure out what’s on sale. No one has said do you need help with anything? Half the shoes don’t have prices. HR pls hire people who like their job & who treat everyone with respect & everyone fairly. Too many bad reviews. Pls Steve Madden execs look at the reviews and do something about the people you hire who don’t really care about giving good customer service, treating everyone with respect snd representing your brand right! I didn’t buy a thing! I won’t from this store at all! Shame on them!
