  I left my Tommy Hilfiger blue shirt in the store. When I returned, the store was closed and the clerk was still inside. One of the clerks with several long black braids said she saw my shirt. But when I pleaded with her several times to help bring it out, I was refused. She asked me to come back the next day, though I explained that I'm not likely to come back soon since I lived far away. The next day I called and asked the clerk if she could send it to me. Astonishingly, the clerk said again she couldn't find my shirt. I am so annoyed with this service attitude that I will not go shopping here again.
