Almeta and Kwesi were very attentive when I was in the store, helping me with some questions about some clothing. They were friendly and checked to see if I needed anything. And later, Almeta helped me fix the price on something I bought. She was so helpful, and I truly appreciate her taking the time to help me resolve the issue, all while being so patient and kind! Good customer service does not go unnoticed!! Thank you!

They have a very nice line of clothes for both men/ women and the store are always well “up-kept” even during high traffic flow. Overall the staffs; especially Dena and Tom, are very professional and always there to assist their customers with anything. That’s the reason my wife love to shop at Clarksburg JCrew because of Dena and Tom pleasantness and their professionalism. I do know retailer businesses can be tough with all sort of customers coming through the door; but to see Dena and Tom maintain their smile and pleasant greetings always wanted to make my wife to come back to JCrew at the Clarksburg Outlet.
