I applied for a credit card with Michelle she was very attentive and informative and her energy was great. As soon as I got in line to pay I was ignored by a young girl. She looked at me and walked away from the cashier stand (she had long dreads) and African male customers got in line behind me and she was happy to serve them. There was definitely discrimination. She never acknowledged me. I waited my turn all over again and the young lady was happy to help me. The phone rang and the girl with dreads said ohh I don't know how to answer the phone. And the store almost missed that call.

Levis has a couple great, friendly people working there and the store is better maintained than National Harbour outlets, Rally House has better merch than at other locations, but this really ain't worth the drive
