They have beautiful structures/aesthetics but I believe we visit the outlet stores to find good deals and shop for more affordable items while not compromising the quality of the brands.

We had no idea there are stores in the second story and wouldn't have known if we weren't looking for a specific store. If management thinks so little of the shoppers I suspect they don't support or promote the stores - a missed opportunity to be a regional draw with outstanding offerings and enjoyable services. I doubt we'll go back. Unfortunate.
