  Worst possible customer service ever. They treat you based your skin tone. I had a very unpleasant experience at this Calvin Klein store due to the behavior of one of the associates. I was trying to track a recent purchase via email, and the associate was repeatedly entering the email incorrectly. I calmly and politely asked if it would help if I wrote the email address on a piece of paper so there would be no confusion. He did not respond. Instead, he turned his screen toward me. Assuming he wanted me to type the email myself, I reached toward the screen. At that point, he suddenly raised his voice and yelled, “Don’t touch,” in a very rude and abrupt manner. This happened in front of multiple customers—at least five people turned around to look because of the scene that was created. I was extremely embarrassed and taken aback, as I had not been disrespectful or aggressive in any way. The situation could have been handled professionally and calmly, but instead it escalated unnecessarily due to the associate’s lack of communication and poor customer service. This experience did not reflect the level of professionalism I expect from a Calvin Klein store. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and provides better training on communication and customer interaction, so other customers do not have to go through a similar experience.
