  Terrible experience. I was in the store today with my 1-year-old in my arms. No one greeted me, offered help, or even acknowledged me. When I selected my items and asked the sales associate to place them at the register, he was too lazy to do it. I had to repeat myself several times before he finally moved. The Black Friday advertising is misleading. The store is covered with signs saying “50% off entire store,” but only in tiny print it says “up to.” None of the items I purchased had any discount. I returned to ask which items were actually on sale. The associate pointed to a barcode and said that if it starts with “M” it’s discounted, and if it starts with “N” it’s not — as if customers are supposed to know this. Other stores have clear labels and properly trained staff. Finally, when I asked to return one item the same day, both associates told me they “don’t do returns.” I checked the policy when I got home, and it appears they were completely lying.

  Very bad customer service.. i asked the price of a suit to a sales lady working at 6:15pm on 9/27.. she replied “No idea” having AirPods on her ear and i asked if she works there.. she didn’t even care and walked away..

  They had a pretty good clothing articles selection in stock and average customer service from the sales associates.

  The manager is so rude. My friend and I was browsing in the store and the manager come over with a dead face and told us a full mouth of limitations when trying suits in the store. Will never come again. By the way, we are the only customers at the time. Hope they can close real soon.
