After waiting for sometime, a young guy came, and I brought up my packages to hand it to him. He then mentione to pull my car forward to the side of the stairs. I mentioned - I can simply hand over to you. He refused! It was literally 5 feet of movement for my car, but I had again get those packages loaded in my car, then move my car to where he wanted, and get out to hand it to him. There is no clear sign on where to park the car by the way. Extremely rude behaviour, very very rude. Goodwill team - you need to understand, we come to drop packages here with a good intention, that the stuffs we drop can be used by someone else. And goodwill business is also run by the free stuffs we drop off, travelling from such a faraway distance. It's rather easy for me to garbage them rather than dropping at your store. Please be mindful of the customer experiences, and train up your employees. Otherwise a downfall is inevitable.
