  JCP Coupons aren't worth the paper they're printed on for all their exclusions. I hadn't shopped with them in a while, but decided to give them another shot upon receiving a 50% off mystery coupon in the mail. Naturally, this did not work, and the experience reminded me of why I stopped bothering with them in the first place. Belk had the same product for half the price; I took my business to them instead.

  The store has benefited from the reduced hours. There seems to be enough friendly customer reps to help you with any questions. The store is well stocked and a good selection.

  I messed up on the survey because I forgot to include lovely Ms. Deb for her outstanding service. She’s always so kind and helpful and goes way back with my mom in previous working days. It’s always a pleasure coming in there seeing her and everyone be patient but hands up for her because she is amazing for sure!

  I went to JC Penney on yesterday 1/22/23 to purchase a hat. Upon entering the store I encountered an employee and asked her if there were any hats available, she immediately stopped what she was doing and took me to some hats on the rack and to my chagrin, I found the hat that ai was looking for she also took me to another section of hats I informed her that she was a great help as I found the hat that I was looking for. Kudos to the employee that helped me.
