- NSNailah SalvaryOct 3, 20251.0James is by far one of the worst managers I’ve ever dealt with. He was notified from another store that I would be coming into to do a return. James lied and said no one called him and refused to do the return. Once I played the voicemail that the other store manager left regarding the return, he then rudely took the glasses and began to inspect them. He stated the glasses were damaged( they were not) and refused again to do the return. It was very obvious that I was being racially profiled by James. He was wearing meta glasses to which I asked if I was being recorded (simply because the encounter made me so uncomfortable I was hoping it was being recorded), he rudely told me that was a ridiculous question. My friends and I shop at sunglasses hit a lot. Due to James, I will NEVER visit this location again. I requested that the regional manager call me to discuss this incident but they never reached out smh.

He was rude and claimed there’s no tracking #, then gave me one…. And it was the wrong tracking number. I called back a few days later and spoke with a SALES ASSOCIATE who was able to provide me with the correct tracking # and an estimated delivery date.

When I tried to return them, the manager was extremely rude and claimed they were “damaged” when they clearly weren’t. Feels predatory and dishonest Sunglass Hut has no integrity and doesn’t value customers. I feel scammed.

I paid in full and my prescription glasses are not there even after 4 weeks. You have fulfilled your goal of worst customer services.

He helped me navigate the sunglass hut protection process and then called around all the different sunglass huts in the area to find out if the sunglasses I wanted were in stock (at 7:30pm in the evening).
