When I waited in the line for help the person in front took me to someone but the associate after seeing I was asking about one of the shoes from sale rack of the size she just said that there might be some online and whatever size is there are the only ones left. Did not offer to help me look it up online. I just ended up purchasing online myself. The other Northstrom I’ve been to always had associates happy to help. Disappointed to see that they did not care to help and there was not a line nor was it that busy.
