- KSKim SpivackJul 26, 20251.0I tried to return a dress that I purchased with the tags on it. The “manager” said no. She said there’s no way to return an item without a receipt. Really? That’s insane. What if it was a gift? She refused to issue a store credit and said it was my fault because I should have given the store my email or phone number when I purchased the item. I was given a customer service number. I spent an hour on the phone proving that I purchased the dress. They found it on my credit card and they sent me a copy of the receipt . Now I have to wait 2-3 weeks for the refund once they receive the item back. I will never shop there again. Train your managers and try to hire competent people. Thumbs down 👎
