I'm not sure of her exact position, but she is exceptional. Her outfit, demeanor, and kindness make shopping there inspiring and enjoyable. Yesterday, I stopped by Bethesda to check out the new collection and use my $10 reward. Lisa not only provided excellent service but also worked her magic with my 2-year-old daughter. We left the store with big smiles and a great shopping bag. Thank you, Lisa, you are amazing!
