  My daughter wanted to return a necklac because she received two of virtually the same exact item as gifts. I called the store two weeks ago, and they said that's fine, and even if you don't come back within 30 days, it's ok as long as it's within a few months and you exchange it for something else of equal or lesser value. I just went to the store in Bethesda with my daughter, 32 days after purchase, to do such an exchange, and I was told that we are not allowed to do that, and we must have been told wrong information. The correct customer service response would have been sorry about the mistake you were told on the phone and we will accommodate you. Instead we were told that we had no option to exchange for anything of lesser value. Definitely will not shop here again.

  I just had the most amazing experience! I work in sales and it’s very hard to impress me but these two ladies went above and beyond! I want to shout out Rochelle and Jasmine! Rochelle answered my questions over the phone with such kindness and understanding of my personal request! She clearly communicated this to Jasmine who kindly accommodated my request and handed me my gift with a smile! It’s because of these two ladies that I am writing this review because this type of service does not come around very often!

  One of my earrings came loose and I went in to see what they could do and they gave me a whole new pair! I wasn’t expecting it and they were all so so helpful. Now I can wear my favorite pair of earrings without worrying about them falling out!
