  I believe her name was Kennedy, her service was 10/10. It was my first time coming into the store and will be coming in again!!

  I don’t usually leave reviews, but this experience left me genuinely disappointed and needing to speak up. I visited this location recently and received terrible customer service from two employees on the floor. Neither of them greeted me, acknowledged me, or offered any assistance. When asking for a sitting room she pointed to the back and said “go in there” where there was someone else’s name on the door and clothes already inside. As someone who works in retail—especially in a mall—I understand how essential it is to make customers feel seen, welcomed, and valued. Their energy was dismissive, cold, and honestly unprofessional. To make matters worse, I later found out that one of the employees who treated me this way was actually the store manager. I was completely blindsided. I would’ve addressed her behavior directly had I known, but the fact that she holds a leadership position and still chose to carry herself in that manner is extremely disappointing. She did not lead by example at all—and that kind of attitude sets a poor tone for the rest of the staff. That said, I absolutely have to shout out Katelyn—the cashier I interacted with at the end of the night. She was kind, patient, professional, approachable, respectful, and truly attentive. Her warmth and genuine attitude turned my experience around, and she is the only reason I would consider returning to this store. If more employees—especially leadership—carried themselves like Katelyn, this store would be in much better hands. Management needs to take a serious look at how the tone is being set from the top down.

  The women who work here are so unprofessional. They seem more focused on hanging out with each other and are, at best, rude. I would spend more here but the customer service is terrible. I had to search the store to find an associate to open a fitting room, wasn’t greeted, and waited at the register for ten minutes before someone showed up. The employees acted like I was bothering them and were not friendly at all. Completely immature—high school and college girls who haven’t worked in customer service and it shows.

  Whoever is in charge of raises and staff retention needs to look up who was working the fitting room Monday March 18th in the afternoon because that girl was a GEM!!!💎 I didn’t catch her name, but she was so incredibly supportive and non-judgmental. I was coming in (in my mid-20s) not knowing my bra size and she immediately got me fitted and brought several options until we found some that fit perfectly. I left the store with 3 very comfy bras and I now know my size, haha. If it helps to identify this employee, she has a popcorn 🍿 burn on her arm (we exchanged stories). Truly, y’all need to do whatever you can to keep her. Thank you for a great shopping experience and for all the help!
