  I never write reviews but I will for this. I walk to the counter and as I’m actively walking over the manager walks off and leaves me standing there for 5 minutes. I ring the bell, someone else lines up and tings the bell. Nothing. Finally the manager and another worker saunter over casually and I ask if there is a manager to talk to. The employee sarcastically and rudely goes “Oh haha they need a manager! Look!” As if this is an inconvenience to them. I explain a family member wrongfully donated my stuff without telling me and that I have very important sentimental stuff from a passed loved one I am trying to get back. They coldly told me it’s already gone, no sympathy. I’m clearly very distraught and they just stared at me like I wasn’t human. I recommend going to the Churchville location. They are kind and honestly even though they are smaller they have better items. I didn’t need a fix but I lost something special to me from a loved one, I could have at least received some sympathy. I walked away and nothing was said. Thanks a lot, team!

  This is the most exploitative Goodwill store ever. They don't have any specials in the discount section, and the prices on all the receipts are the same as regular stores, like all the popular stores you see. They sell used clothes, practically giving them away, and they have ridiculously high prices on everything. They don't even respect children with their exorbitant prices. Don't even come to this store. To top it all off, they're so ripping people off with these prices that they don't even have bags to give people. It's ridiculous how ridiculous they are here. You can't come here. This is my first and last time coming here, and I'm going to post this and add it to everyone I know here in Maryland. Este es el Goodwill store más abusador que existe, no tienen ningún especial en la tienda de descuento, y los precios que están puestos en todos los tickets son precios regulares de tiendas regulares como todo la tiendas que tu ven populares, y todo ese tipo de tienda y ellos que son ropa. Usada, que se las regalan, tienen todos esos precios ridículamente altos en todo, ni a los niños los respetan con los precios demasiado caros no vean no vengan a esta tienda ni para colmo, con tantos que roban con los precios ni siquiera tienen bolsas para darle a la gente ni siquiera bolsa bolsa de ridículo que son aquí no se puede venir no vengan este es mi primera, y mi última vez que vengo, y voy a ponerlo, y lo voy a agregar a toda la gente que yo conozco aquí en maryland.
