To start this Review, I want to make something clear: Goodwill is not inherently a terrible place to work or shop at. It's mission is genuine (from it's image) and when done right, you can acquire items at low prices that help anyone, regardless of budget.
However, this store in particular is absurd, which will be the focus of this review. This doesn't cover any other Goodwill, as this is my personal experience with this specific location.
Let's begin.

โข From an item standpoint, they are never cleaned. The management in the backroom tends to "deem" them worthy based on how they are donated and sometimes that is even discarded as logic doesn't phase them apparently. Items could have Rust, Dirt & Grime.. they could be worn down so horribly and still be placed on the Sales Floor/Shelves, whilst being priced at absurd numbers for their condition/quality. The manager's logic behind her decisions to what goes out, typically ranges from: "Someone will buy that.. it doesn't matter how it looks. It's money" or "It's just another number for our quota, it'll sell" -- which completely disregards the care for the Customer and the appearance of the store itself.
This goes much deeper.. if clothes are typically stained with.. say, human fecal matter or other crusty attachments, it will be scrapped off and sold as is. This location doesn't have Washers or Dryers. The Clothes are NOT cleaned and taken care of. They will put just about any condition of clothing out there, so long as it doesn't 'appear' to be dirty, nasty or obviously damaged and ruined.
To finalize this point-- EVERYTHING that you touch is filthy. If you choose to continue buying the merchandise here, bring Hand Sanitizer and a clear mindset to completely wash everything you bring back with you several times. Isopropyl Alcohol is your best friend for items other than clothing.
โข Now from a Donation Standpoint: Your donations are not cared for. If you donate something such as clothes, expect 90% of it to be either thrown in the dumpster (depending on the day's storage capacity of the store) or the Salvage bins which go to the Goodwill Outlets. If you donate something even remotely Valuable.. such as Pokรฉmon, Baseball Cards, Video Games, Computers, Purses, Jewelry, etc; it won't even make it to the Sales Floor in the store, but rather get shipped off to the E-Commerce Location to be listed for Bidding on the Goodwill Website, as they think it will get them more money instead of benefitting people in the actual store. Think before you donate something.. Most people donate to receive Coupons, but some people are genuine with their donations and this section is for them to keep in mind.
โข This Goodwill Location in particular is absurd with their Pricing. There isn't a specific listing or consecutive price they retain for certain items and their categories (Furniture, Clothing, etc). Instead, the Manager will oversee the pricing of certain items and eyeball it to her Heart's pleasure instead of being fair to what people would come to a Thrift Store to purchase (i.e: Broken Table gets priced for 15$ when in reality, it's condition is worth 5-6$) -- It gets worse, I'm sure you'll see. Regardless of your view on what things should be priced, logic and care escapes the mind of the Pricing Team & The Management.

In conclusion, this Location is horrible. It's small and compact, filled with cussing employees that can be heard in the back from all the way across the store. They are rude towards the Elderly and mistreat the donations they receive. The Workers are rude and have 0 professionalism. The items are dirty, disgusting and disregarded.
Save your Money.
Avoid this location.
