- SSSingleDec 30, 20221.0What is this? Melted or not, this was quite a headache. There's no notice on the website that deliveries stop at a certain time or that the time that you are ordering is too late for same day delivery. Shortly after i submitted my order a young girl calls to tell me that they can't deliver it today bc the delivery driver was already out and not returning for the day. I offered a nice tip if someone would be willing to drop it off from the shop (only 9m drive). She declined, which was probably company policy. I then told them that i would call and Uber to pick it up from them and deliver it since the shop was still going to be open for another 3 hours. I asked her to call me when it was ready and i would send the Uber over. She said ok and hung up. Time past, the store closed and nobody contacted me. If they didn't want to make my order they should have told me that they didn't want to do my order, even though i paid extra for a same day delivery. Then, when it finally was delivered, my nieces Father was waiting for them to let him know when it was there. He texted that he'd leave it on the front step, but there was a misunderstanding of when it would be left on the front step, so, with no notification that it has been delivered to him, it sat out in the sun and melted. What a horrible experience trying to bring a little happiness to my niece who has a pretty horrifying experience. There's more to say, but this is enough
