  I made the mistake of ordering from this edible arrangements in Bel Air MD for Mother's Day 2024. I placed the order for the day before Mother's Day and spent $148 on the Mother's Day dessert box with pink and blue may flowers. They only delivered the flowers and not the dessert box. The flowers didn't resemble what I ordered. I phoned the store and spoke with Avery who was not apologetic and kept saying "Yep, Yep, Yep, Yep" as I explained my issue. Avery told me the owner, Harry S., would call me back that day but he did not. I regret not checking their reviews. This store gets several 1 star reviews, many of which Harry doesn't even bother responding to because he gets so many.

  I ordered at 11 its now 530. They won't even pick up their phone and I've sent emails. Horrible customer service

  DONE WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS PLACE! What a horrible experience. I placed an order on Saturday the 9th of February to get delivered on valentines day. I wanted to give them enough time to make the arrangement. When I placed the order i told them that it had to be delivered before 3 pm. the man told me "oh thats no problem, I can guarantee that it will be there before 3 pm. valentines day comes around and its after 3 and nothing showed up. I called and got the owners wife. i explained to her on the phone that it needed to be there before 3. all she had to say was " you don't know how crazy it is in here" that is not my problem. you guaranteed that it would be there my 3. i paid money for it to be delivered by 3 and it was not delivered by 3. she told me that if i don't want my order she can give it to someone that is waiting for there order. The lady got Nasty on the phone with me so i told them to just deliver my order asap. they called my girlfriend and told her that they lost the paperwork and need directions to the house. when they are only supposed to call if she didnt answer the door. then the driver told her since it is late can he just bring it tomorrow morning. after being yelled at on the phone and being told that my order can be given away to a random person that is waiting on their order. I paid for my order to be delivered by 3 pm. After calling and getting yelled at my the owners wife it finally got delivered at 8 pm. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE. Horrible customer service. 1. they took my money and never delivered it on time. 2. the owners wife threaten to give my order to someone else. 3. they lost the paperwork and had to call the person getting the arrangement for the address. 4 then tried to convince her to let them bring it the next morning. the lady told me that it was crazy in the store and she can't help it got there 5 hours late. 5. the she told me that they will leave it with a neighbor, i didn't pay for the neighbor to get the arrangement. 6. i asked for my money back on the delivery charge and she said ok but then she isn't delivering. when i paid for it to be delivered by 3. 6. to top it off she said the corporate office said they are not even allowed to schedule times for arrangements. THE LADY THERE WAS VERY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL! STAY AWAY.

  I got chocolate covered strawberries for my birthday from here this week, and I couldn't even eat them because over half of them had mold on them within a few days. I have always used this location because I had problems with the Abingdon location having bad fruit, but I guess I'm done with this place too. When someone spends that much on fruit I would expect the fruit to be amazing, but even on the first day the strawberries were mushy. Very disappointed.
