- CCCandaceJan 5, 20261.0I had the worst experience at Nordstrom rack today. I asked to see some jewelry in the case and the one employee told me to stand in line and talk to the cashier. One of the cashiers finally helped me and was extremely rude. She slowly walked over to the case while on her phone the whole time. Everything I asked to see, she took out and sat it in front of herself instead of handing it to me. As I was trying them on she stared at me the whole time making it extremely uncomfortable. When I asked her the price of something she didn’t respond so I asked again politely and she rudely said something along the lines of “I’m looking” like I was inconveniencing her. I wouldn’t recommend this location due to the terrible customer service.

During the busy Christmas season, she truly went above and beyond to help me with a gift for my mom. I purchased a pair of sunglasses, and when there wasn’t a case available, Tenea personally went to the Towson location to pick one up for me. That level of care and dedication is rare and so appreciated. Exceptional customer service—I’ll definitely be back!
