Traveled the world and I find that customer service over seas is far superior than that of American customer service. That is until I spoke with Eric Disney. He's the Store Manager at Reisterstown Road Custom Ink. My wife and I were only in the store briefly and after discussing my ideals for my shirt design. He already had it down in his computer and ready to send a preview. It was a great experience. He was friendly and very knowledgeable on graphic design. I will be back to order more tees.
