I’m very specific about the way pants fit and he had no problem helping me find the right pair and size. I’ve never had a pants shopping experience go this quick and smooth and that’s all thanks to Trey.

The other 2 employees didn't help him directly but were still so nice to/professional with both of us. Really enjoyed the experience, I wish they had a version for women!

I had never shopped for a suit and one of the service reps, Alden, helped me find my sizes for both jacket and pants. I did not eventually buy a suit from this store, because of a sale that made prices more affordable at another location, but the prices and services they offered at Bonobos made me seriously consider their offer.

I wanted to try a guide shop, since that sounded like a good way to find the right size and fit. I spoke to three different people at this location and I couldn't get served. They seemed just unwilling to share information about how the store works, which is the whole point of going into a physical store. Avoid this location.
