  Do you enjoy having teenagers talk to you like you have a traumatic brain injury? Does being condescended to by children spark joy? Then this is the store for you! I just wanted to buy some soft landing trousers. The website glitched every time I tried to pay through PayPal. They showed in stock in my size at the local mall's store. I looked around for 25 minutes before asking for help, because none of the 18 employees in the store greeted me and they seemed very busy talking to one another. Finally asked an employee and she had no idea what I was talking about. She told me to check the clearance rack on the AE side. I said "but they're Aerie brand and they're not on sale" her response was to tell me the same thing more slowly in a louder voice, then roll her eyes and walk away. Super helpful! Did not find the pants, which sucks because if they were good I would have bought them in every color. Also, none of the clothing on the clearance rack had clearance tags.

  Nice selection of jeans. My highschooler searched many places before finding the perfect pair here!! Plus, was their dressing rooms were ACTUALLY OPEN!!!!
