  I came in with a return this past weekend and there was complications with getting it refunded to me the way I had paid for it and Jessica was the most patient person. I honestly do not think I would have stayed as calm as I did if she was not calm and talking me through everything she was doing and what was going wrong. It took almost an hour of her trying different methods and contacting management to try and get my refund as I paid for it, not once making it seem like I was and inconvenience or troubling her. Even when other employees were trying to make me take a gift card for the refund, she would not accept defeat and made sure I got my refund as I paid for it. She went above and beyond and made a crazy situation calm, to be honest she deserves all the hype she can get because she always on her A game when I come into the store and one of the best customer service interactions I have had.

  Most of the glitter transfers. The floor is covered in glitter. Many of dresses are pretty but not that great quality. My step daughter found a homecoming dress she liked, not loved, but that wasn't Windsor's fault.
