- MBmichael bowersMay 28, 20252.0Genuinely one of the worst buying experiences I’ve had in awhile. I had found a pair of meta glasses that I liked and went in to pick them up in store. I was the ONLY customer in store and yet when I returned home and opened my package the associate had provided me another pair of glasses, not the ones I had asked for. I went and returned them and replaced them with the ones I specifically asked for. The glasses were extremely fragile and broke within 1 month of use, and with the protection plan I thought it would be easy to make an exchange. Between online and the store, I can’t seem to have someone replace the glasses. The suggestion is to replace them for another color and pair. I just don’t get why this process from start to finish has been a nightmare. Why would I want a different pair of glasses when exchanging them? Do yourself a favor and don’t get the protection plan. Clearly a racket as I’ve now spoken to multiple CS reps and I’m no closer to a replacement

I should be able to try on any glasses I want without being told I can’t if I am not buying more all because they don’t want to clean them. If I was allowed to keep trying them on I might have bought more.
