  My sales rep was very knowledgeable and helpful. I returned to the store right when it had closed and the lights were off. I knocked on the glass in the in the rep looked at me and reopened the store so I can make my purchase of metal glasses. Tonight was the last chance for me to purchase the glasses before I fly internationally. I appreciated his time and commitment to his company.

  Best place to get some quality shades is the sunglass hut. they will adjust for free and they have a great policy for replacement if you sit on your glasses. I've spent thousands of dollars there over my lifetime for my eyes to be protected and look good.

  UPDATE: The refund arrived two weeks earlier than expected, and was automatically refunded to my card. Upgraded rating from 2 —> 3 stars. Overall, not a great experience buying from SGH. Be cautious paying for a product and leaving the store without said product. ORIGINAL POST: The only reason this gets 2 stars is because the sales associate was nice. Having said that, she completely forgot to input the order I paid for over 3 weeks ago. I called the store, who told me to call the main company number, who directed me towards an online chat agent, who then gave me a number to customer service (because my order was not an online order?), who then told me they cannot process the order and will have to mail me a refund check in 4-6 weeks. Everyone was courteous, for the most part, but no one could tell me (1) why the order was never processed, (2) why they cannot process the order now instead of mailing a refund check that won't get to me for 4-6 weeks, or (3) why they can't refund the money directly back to my card. Moral of the story...leave the store with your sunglasses. If the sales associate suggests that you pay for the glasses up-front and Sunglass Hut will mail the sunglasses to your home address, politely decline that option and order the sunglasses online. Doing so will save you weeks of waiting for your sunglasses and even longer waiting for your refund check. I'll be sure to update this post once the refund check arrives.
