  I dont typically shop here but I went to get. A gift from the Annapolis mall location and all the ladies there were so helpful as I was clearly clueless.

  At first I felt discouraged when we walked in, one of the staff said my size wasn't sold in the store. I ran into Kim (manager) who was phenomenal. Gave me so many options and im glad I didn't leave because im a smaller size than I thought. Thanks Kim at Annapolis location! Made me feel so comfortable

  I’ve been a regular customer at Lululemon and have never been charged for shopping bags before. In the past, staff have always kindly provided bags at no additional cost, even when I requested extra ones. Today was my first visit to this location. I purchased multiple items and requested bags to match the number of items, as they were intended as New Year gifts for seven friends. I was charged $0.70 for the bags ($0.10 per bag). While the amount itself is not an issue, I was surprised by the inconsistency, as I have never experienced this at other Lululemon locations. Out of curiosity, I asked other customers whether they were charged for bags, and they all indicated they were not. This left me feeling confused about whether there is a clear or consistent policy regarding bag charges at this store. Each item I purchased was priced at a premium (the lowest item was $38), so I did not expect an issue over shopping bags. I followed the normal checkout process—my husband waited in line to pay while I waited nearby due to being in a wheelchair. Unfortunately, the experience made me feel uncomfortable and questioned whether I was treated differently. I hope the store can clarify and apply a consistent policy so all customers feel equally welcomed and respected.
