- SCstevonna cordovaNov 9, 20251.0Have you ever walked into an establishment and immediately felt uncomfortable or not welcomed? No one greeted us. My husband walked over the register to start a return. I walked to the women's section to look at coats with my children. Every time I looked around there were several pairs of eyes on me or us and they were not friendly. The looks were more like, "What are you doing in here?" "Why are you in here?". I decided not to purchase anything. The associate explained to my husband that online purchases can't be completed in store and assisted him completing an online return. I will never return to this store which is disappointing because we like the brand.

From the moment I stepped into the door she made me feel welcome and started sharing helpful options. She was very knowledgeable and thanks to her I stayed dry my whole trip. Anyone who goes ask for cathy, she’s the best!!!!
