  I recently read other reviews on here about customers receiving the wrong items, such as my case, from the Annapolis location. I'll have to try another location, since when ordering online it picks that particular store. I've ordered three time from Edible, and there has always been some sort of issue. Perhaps just make my own next time. 🤔

  Just now on Google We love and enjoy ordering arrangements however with this being said we ordered our platter early enough that it should have been delivered with the correct item delivered on a timely basis. Two round trays were delivered instead of the wooden platter we ordered. They were delivered in the evening as our party was ending and guest were already leaving. Not happy with the lack of response to my attempts to contact company either.

  Terrible experience. I placed a Valentine day order on Jan 27 online, plenty of time ahead right? It originally was with the Severna Park location, it got transferred here to the Annapolis location. I scheduled delivery the day before, Feb 13, it never arrived. Called the store that evening because earlier I wasn't able to get through, they apologized, said they were slamed busy, and it wouldn't be delivered until next day, but said it would go out first thing. I was upset, but OK with this, I get it they are busy. The next day, it isn't delivered first thing, their phone lines are completely down so you can't get a hold of anyone, and if you are lucky enough to get through you just sit on hold waiting for someone to answer. Finally in the afternoon I get someone but at this point it is too late. The person receiving the gift has left the work place it was supposed to be delivered to. Ended up canceling the order. I love edible arrangements, and i'll continue to order them, but never from this location again. Stay away if you don't want to waste time trying to get a hold of people to make sure your order is delivered and apparently when they say 'it will be delivered first thing tomorrow' they didn't mean that either... Also the organization at this location seems to be lacking severely because they thought someone called me to tell me, never got a call.
