I drove to the store all the way from Bowie to pick up my item. I asked the clerk to open the box so I could see them. When she opened the box they clearly weren't what I ordered. She also stated they didn't even have my item in stock. Online stated my item was in stock at this location and come to find out it wasn't. Management needs to do a detailed inventory check and employees need to not rush and pay attention to detail when pulling online orders for your customers. You guys just wasted an hour of my Sunday morning to drive to your store and you didn't even have them in stock and packaged a totally different pair for me to pick up. Get it together!!!! Anyway it was meant to be because I found the exact same shoe online at Nordstrom for $20 cheaper.
