  Had a very disappointing service with the mens section. Stopped by to buy a pair of sunglasses and experienced the most awkward wait. 20 mins. No staff approached or even tried to find me a SA. Just not what I was expecting from Dior’s Monaco brand considering very positive experiences from other branches.

  Excellent service and Dior’s product quality are impeccable. However, if you plan to request a Tax Free refund, be very careful. The store appears to have poor organization when it comes to the Tax Free process. A staff member negligently handed me an invalid document that could not be used to claim my tax refund. I only discovered the mistake at the airport, when it was already too late to correct it. After contacting the store, I was informed that the correct document could still have been issued, but this was not done at the time of purchase due to a staff error. If you are requesting a Tax Free refund, make sure to carefully check all of your paperwork before leaving the store. A simple mistake can cause you to lose a significant refund.

  Ms. Katarzyna, who assisted me, demonstrated the highest level of professionalism and exceptional sales expertise. She made me and my friends feel genuinely well taken care of throughout our visit. She was incredibly patient, kind, and attentive. I had the opportunity to see every handbag I was interested in, and I learned so many fascinating details about the brand, its craftsmanship, production process, and history. It was truly an unforgettable experience. I can’t wait to return to Monaco and visit Dior again. 🩷

  My wife and I had the pleasure of meeting Oussama at the Dior boutique in Monaco yesterday. My wife had a problem with some sunglasses that had been bought over 3 years ago but had broken. They were very special to her due to a personal situation at the time of purchase. They were broken and in need of repair. Dior at first, couldn't help due to the age of the sunglasses but the gentleman we were fortunate to meet at Dior had other thoughts. He searched for spare parts as he had a vague recollection of seeing some in store a while ago. The sunglasses were obsolete so not replaceable and due to their age, not repairable at the repair centre in Paris. Oussama, after some searching, found the parts in store and offered to repair the sunglasses. My wife and I returned to the store in approximately an hour and the glasses were repaired as good as new. No charge, goodwill from Oussama and Dior! Exemplary service, friendly, personal, knowledgable, professional and helpful, for which we are most grateful. We will be returning to Dior in Monaco in the future to shop there without hesitation. A potentially upsetting experience was turned round with genuine care, thank you Oussama and the Dior team in Monaco. we will definitely be seeing you again. You make a great ambassador for the brand Oussama.
