  Insurance coverage. Last year, when I purchased my Ray-Ban sunglasses, the salesperson offered an insurance plan, which I accepted and purchased. The staff clearly stated that the insurance would cover all damages to the sunglasses and that if anything happened, the item would be replaced with a brand-new pair without any additional payment. Earlier today, I returned to the store because the Ray-Ban logo on the temple frame had fallen off and was lost. The lenses had no scratches, and the frame had no other damage. After inspecting the sunglasses, the staff initially confirmed that they would replace them under the insurance coverage. However, I was then unexpectedly asked to pay $50 because the replacement would be a new pair. This directly contradicted what was explained to me at the time of purchase, that the insurance would cover the replacement without any additional cost. I raised my concern that charging a fee after promising full coverage could be considered misleading to customers. Clear and accurate information at the time of sale is essential so customers can make informed decisions. After discussing the matter, the store ultimately provided the replacement sunglasses without requiring payment. I share this experience simply to emphasize an important point: transparency with customers is essential. When insurance or protection plans are offered, the terms should be communicated clearly and consistently so customers fully understand what is covered.

  It was a easy and quick process to purchase a new sunglasses. The gentlemen at the location in the St. Vital Mall was very knowledgable about all the different brands and the features.
