I never wore it and brought everything back in the original packaging, including the receipt and the tags. However, they refused both an exchange for a different size and a refund. Their reason was that the tags were not attached to the item with strings. We were not informed about this policy. At the time of purchase, we were told that if anything was wrong, we could return the item, but nothing was said about the tags. The store manager was simply awful — we received no support and no solution from her at all. This is the level of service: just “we can’t” and “we don’t know.

The store didn't have the size I needed, but when I asked to speak with a manager, she refused to come out and instead sent an employee who couldn't authorize an exchange for a different style. Despite my repeated requests and inquiries about the manager, she never appeared and the staff wouldn't provide her name. As a retail manager myself, I know the importance of customer service and finding solutions. The lack of effort to resolve this issue was frustrating, and my time was wasted. I'm giving this experience the lowest possible rating due to the zero customer service provided.
