The store didn't have the size I needed, but when I asked to speak with a manager, she refused to come out and instead sent an employee who couldn't authorize an exchange for a different style. Despite my repeated requests and inquiries about the manager, she never appeared and the staff wouldn't provide her name. As a retail manager myself, I know the importance of customer service and finding solutions. The lack of effort to resolve this issue was frustrating, and my time was wasted. I'm giving this experience the lowest possible rating due to the zero customer service provided.
