She was rude and horrible. So I tuess it'll be someone else's problem to deal w tomorrow cua no one working on the store gave a shit to fix the problem. Ao disappointed. Ice been a loyal customer for over 20 yrs in store a d online and ive never been treated so poorly by any retail person for a mistake that was made by your employee by packaging the wrong product not me. The product you sent won't work for me bcus I donot have a vape to out the cartridge in plus I ordered the pre-rolla. I get the packaging is similar but why don't you double or triple check an order before closing the bag to send out for delivery but the worst part was how disgusting the girl working was tonight bcus she didn't want to deal w the issue. Honestly disgusted and will likely just switch to cana cabana and have people pick up cus why would I continue to give you business after how I was treated. I wasn't mad but you're employee was sure mad at me for calling to ask for my correct product. Ill be calling tomorrow and hope I get a manager who will be willing to step up and help. All I want is to exchange the wrong product for the right one cus you're instore employee filled my delivery incorrectly but I have a funny feeling no one will care cus no one does in this day n age
