  Before this evening, my partner and I have been loyal customers since before the joint was a dispensary but not anymore. I walk in, asked for their highest thc% because my partner has a high tolerance ( was never asked for i.d. ever before) And the workers proceeded to inform me that since I said it was for my partner ( whom i said was 38 and i am 36) and that i had said it in front of the cameras that I cannot purchase any cannabis. I have said this many times before in this establishment before the "new management" and at other dispensaries that I pick up for my partner when im out grocery shopping. The joint employees told me that this is new regulation, but I have not found any new regulation in the manitoba cannabis laws. So please, correct me if im wrong about this and where I can find this new regulation or amendment.

  I bought the oz of mandarin cookies yesterday. I paid $129.15 for the package that was packaged exactly 2 years ago!?! When I called back and told them all they could say was, " sorry there's nothing I can do about it". Seriously! Nothing!!! And why not. I still have not opened the package and won't. Something must be done about this!!!

  Normally my “go-to” but now recommend folks go elsewhere. Helpful when you make purchases but completely suck when something goes wrong. Obviously customer service is not on a cannabis shops priority list. Purchased a dab pen (as recommended by an East Indian CSR) but did not mention the “do nots” which is completely random for anyone to to know. LUX dab pen, only after it no longer works, do they tell you ONLY charge it being plugged into a laptop or computer. Who would normally think “NOT TO” charge it using a with block charger? No receipt so SOL. The Joint on Henderson just lost a customer. Go to Canna Cabana folks!
