Obviously customer service is not on a cannabis shops priority list. Purchased a dab pen (as recommended by an East Indian CSR) but did not mention the “do nots” which is completely random for anyone to to know. LUX dab pen, only after it no longer works, do they tell you ONLY charge it being plugged into a laptop or computer. Who would normally think “NOT TO” charge it using a with block charger? No receipt so SOL. The Joint on Henderson just lost a customer. Go to Canna Cabana folks!

They asked for my ID 4 times while I was purchasing some product claiming the cameras needed to see it, I can understand twice but that’s just unnecessary. I used to go here all the time but it seems that won’t be the case anymore, service has been going downhill. Date of visit, Thursday October 9th at 8:10 PM.
