- NNNuFeb 13, 20261.0The manager was extremely rude and unprofessional. I ordered a pair of sunglasses, but after waiting one week, I was given prescription glasses instead. This kind of mistake is unacceptable. The manager did not even come forward to address or resolve the issue personally. Very disappointing experience and completely unacceptable customer service

I bought a sunglass from there and due to some reason i went to return it they said there is one scratch on it and told me i cant return it only exchange after that the guy cleaned it again and said there is 2 scratch and told me i cant even exchange it. I returned the product within one month and never used it. The guy who name is INDER was really rude to me and he even said I intentionally scratched the glass and after that i tried to return it. By experience was really bad and had a worst day.
