- GFGord FoulkesSep 24, 20251.0If you are going in to just buy glasses at the Polo Park store, you may be ok, but if you need any assistance, you may be out of luck. Awful customer service. I ordered new lenses for my Oakley’s, was told 3 days, I showed up 7 days later, no lenses, I said I was told 3 days and was rudely told by the woman behind the register that “lenses take 12-15 days”. No apology, and the way she spoke to me made it seem like I was wrong for saying 3 days and that I had made a mistake - I didn’t just make that number up! I show up 26 days after order, was told the lenses were never ordered because they are out of stock, and they do not have others in the store they can sell me. Again, no apology. The clerk (Bahara) then had the gall to ask me to keep checking back in case they are in stock again. Did not suggest that they could call me when they were in stock again to which I promptly said “no, don’t bother” and she just said “ok”. I hope management actually reads these to see the lack of help the staff provide.
- SSSeanAug 26, 20251.0Staff is suuuuper pushy one guy basically followed me around for the entire 10 minutes I spent trying on a few frames and I immediately knew it was time to go somewhere else. I'm sure not everyone is like this but whoever was working on Saturday Aug 23 around 6:25pm needs to relax and let people shop. I said more than 4 times I'm just browsing I'll let you know when I need help but it didn't stop him from stalking us down.
