I purchased a Tudor Black Bay 58 this weekend, and I was blown away by Sunny’s charisma, professionalism, and depth of knowledge. She made the entire process feel personal, exciting, and extremely comfortable — truly world-class service. The rest of the staff were just as welcoming and passionate about their craft. My wife, who was never really into watches before, is now officially hooked and already has her eye on a Breitling for our next visit. She is clearly a watch enthusiast that is well-versed in all levels of the wristwatch market, and was happy to walk me through the warranty and maintenance process specific to Swatch. I didn’t know that I could go to any Swatch corporate boutique worldwide for a FREE battery change! IJL even offered to gift wrap the watches free of charge, which was the icing on the cake. Highly recommend!
