The staff member name Nadia , I interacted with was noticeably rude and had an unprofessional demeanour. Instead of offering help, they seemed impatient and uninterested, simply because the store was closing soon. As a customer, I understand closing times, but basic courtesy and assistance should still be provided. This interaction left a very negative impression, and I hope management addresses this so future customers feel welcomed and respected.
