  I visited the DSW store recently and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. The staff member name Nadia , I interacted with was noticeably rude and had an unprofessional demeanour. Instead of offering help, they seemed impatient and uninterested, simply because the store was closing soon. As a customer, I understand closing times, but basic courtesy and assistance should still be provided. This interaction left a very negative impression, and I hope management addresses this so future customers feel welcomed and respected.

  The worst store to shop ever! 25 mins and counting just to pay for the articles! Two cashiers at the counter and now both are missing! Pathetic management!

  Weird experience. A lot of the prices were better online then in store. When I asked, they said they'd Scan as the online price.....why wouldn't the instore price reflect that? Anyways check online too!

  Absolute rubbish. Try same-day online order but please ensure you give them a dictionary to understand what “same day pickup” means.
