They make it feel like I'm coming into a neighbourhood shop. Their professionalism and relatability is what really keeps me committed to Delta over other shops. Unfortunately, I have to give 4 stars because when I went there today, it was so cold. I'm sensitive to cold and it was distracting - I just wanted to get outta there quickly lol. And hated seeing these great workers (that are the reason I choose to spend my money here) having to bundle up to work. I really hope that this is a temporary thing, because it really has a negative impact on my experience as a customer, and sucks to see workers have to bundle up - I know I'd be super unhappy if I had to do that at work.

Lars listens to exactly what I am wanting and always makes a recommendation that is exactly that. He is so patient and answers all of my questions and helps me get everything set up too! Exceptional service and very knowledgeable staff. Highly recommend.
