  I've been a long time customer and always felt safe coming here. Recently when I've gone there there's a gentleman, tall dark hair beard, working there who has consistently checked me out in a creepyl way and made flirtatious comments. This used to be a safe place to buy bud but obviously they hire anyone

  Poor Customer Service. Rep was rude and arrogant. If he’s so strict about the rules, he should also know that it’s mandatory to check photo ID before selling cannabis — which he didn’t do. (The authorities can easily check the cameras if needed; we visited the store on Sunday, November 9th, around 3:50–4:15 p.m.) We’ve exchanged products at other stores before without any problem. Regardless, his attitude was completely unacceptable. I will never go back to this store again, even though it’s just footsteps away from my place. I also won’t recommend this store to anyone, especially because of how poorly they treat their customers. I’m also waiting for a response from the authorities regarding this incident.

  Usually, this store is very close to my house, but after today, I will never go back there again. The guy working today — a tall white man with a long beard (I didn’t get his name) — was extremely unprofessional and rude to me and my husband. I went in to buy a pre-roll joint, and he immediately showed me the most expensive one, even though I didn’t ask for it. When I asked if I could read the package description, he literally grabbed it from my hand and didn’t let me read it. Do I look like someone who would snatch it and run out of the store? That behavior was completely disrespectful and unprofessional. As a customer, I have every right to read the product description before purchasing. After looking around, I finally found something and bought it — but he didn’t even tell me it wasn’t the one I was asking for. Not even a minute later, we went back to the store to exchange it for the correct one, but he kept saying he was “confused” about what I meant earlier. Then he rudely told us that, according to Manitoba law, they can’t exchange cannabis products.   Honestly most of the staff are amazing. Although there is one gentleman at your establishment who was beint incredibly creepy towards a 19 year old. This man appeared to be in his 50s. Either way super unprofessional and completely ruined the vibe of the store. I believe he said his name was Brad or like Matt.
