Inspite of a busy day, I requested a particular size and she went all the way to the front to check finally finding it on a mannequin! She was kind enough to take the article off the mannequin and hand it over to me yesterday! I don’t know your name but thank you publicly for all the hard work you put in and for your service!

She took the time to understand what I was looking for, guided me through the options, and made sure I found the perfect fit. Her product knowledge and customer service were outstanding. At checkout, Yulia was equally wonderful — very pleasant, efficient, and made the process smooth and easy. Overall, a great experience thanks to both Lisa and Yulia. Highly recommended!
- JKJeremy KochJul 18, 20251.0Extremely poor customer service. I have shopped here and gotten clothes that I am quite happy with. However I bought two shirts and wore them once. After washing and drying them as per the instructions on the shirt, they shrunk at least a full size and a half. I explained this to someone who answered the phone and they said that I should come in and they would see what they could do for me. Once I got to the store they didn't even entertain the idea of any sort of solution. No store credit, no return, just a waste of time. And yes, this all happened within the 30 day return period. So not only was the money wasted on a product with false cleaning information but also my fuel and time to go to the store just to be turned around. Why not just say all sales are final? Terrible experience. Probably not going to do much shopping here in the future.
