Excellent fishing rod. The build quality is impressive, well balanced, and easy to use even during long fishing sessions. It feels sensitive and reliable, with no loose parts. Highly recommend it to both beginners and experienced anglers.

Downhill since Bass Pro took over. Customer service is a joke. Was told there was stock of an item by the department and to tell customer service to place a hold on it, but they said they don't do holds or curbside pick up. Came in store and the item was out of stock and to place an order online. I had already placed an online order and was requiring the product sooner then estimated time of arrival in the email when I placed my order. Even though when I placed the order, I confirmed BP had it in stock and would be able to pick it up next day by customer service. Called customer service multiple times to check stock and why my order is being shipped while they still had stock, then tried to place it on hold to no avail. And they can't tell me where in the order process it's in. Like what??? Tracking and system stock is a mess, been told multiple different things by so many BP reps. Better off to take your business to a local business, where they can actually give you a definite answer. Like just woah...

Stood at the gun counter for 10 minutes while two employee stood in the back corner, talking amongst themselves with their arms crossed I decided to walk away and purchase an expensive gun elsewhere. They were older white men, and it sure seemed as this as though they thought they were better than younger men. The only people I saw them help were old men. As I had had enough and decided to leave, an older man approached the gun counter. They stopped their conversation right away and asked him if he needed a hand with anything. Horrible customer service they probably had their elbows up very high. I’ve decided I will never shop there again. Customer service is dead.
