Been in line for 30 minutes after I was told by a guy who started helping me he be back in a second, if your looking for customer service don’t come here!
Employees all seam lost and the ones that do know what they’re doing are helping the ones who are lost!
This may be my last experience at this store. :(

Went here to pick up my online order that I ordered a week ago, I went to the gun counter and then they said go to the online pick up counter. I went there. It was closed. Said on a piece of papergo to customer service so I went to customer service sat there For 15 minutes And then customer service said go to the gun counter where I waited 45 minutes for them to tell me that my order wasn’t even in when it says it was in they told me over the phone if the gun isn’t in they can cancel my order and I could purchase the gun that’s in stock in the store by the time everything was all set and done. It was 5 minutes to 9 and I left with no gun.

Had our Santa's Wonderland Free Photo shot here today. It was Fantastic. Staffs were very nice and patient. Lovely store. We got a little souvenir along with the free printed photo after that. Love it!

Waiting over 2 hours at the gun counter one singler barely English speaking guy working going at a snails pace while 20 people stand around waiting. Then randomly pick who they want to help. Awful place to purchase a firearm and also don't seem to know what they have also. Update another 2 and half hours waiting, guy takes my pal and license half hour later comes back and says he doesn't have the gun in the caliber I was asking for. DO NOT SHOP HERE.
Update two weeks later, was told to order gun online and got a deal, waited 2 weeks was supposed to take 5-8 days, I called the store multiple times to be told they'd phone me back, after phoning for 3 days I got ISP desk and they told me it should have arrived Oct 28 (Oct 31 as I post) they told me it was not going to show up and I should just come and pickup a gun they had in stock (they stocked 5 before my order showed up?) I drove an hr to the store, asked for my firearm that was instore and I was met by Kevin the gun counter manager and he rudly told me "you are out of luck, we have to Recieve your gun that is showing up between now and never then we can refund you and you can re-buy the gun you already bought" refused to refund me on the spot because there system wasn't allowing it (nor would explain why the system wouldn't refund it) After I refused to be sent away AGAIN I talked to customer service, Carly and Colby? (lead customer service Rep) had spoken with Kevin (when Carly explained she helped me over the phone Kevin gave her the death state) and had gone into the back office for about another 45 minutes, Kevin comes out and again rudly as he walked passed me "you might be in luck a truck just arrived" magically another 30 minutes later Kevin comes back and says we have your gun... No sorry nothing not apologizing for being awfully rude for absolutely no reason, and both customer service reps had agreed I was not irate, mad or yelling at anyone and didn't deserve the way Kevin was speaking to me. The rest of the staff were happy to help finish my purchase, unfortunately last time my self or a few friends that I was speaking to during the process will NOT be shopping here again, only reason I bought this gun I was offered another discount on top for the first inconvenience, that was the wrong choice I'd much prefer spend 600$ more next time and pay full price for a better customer experience.
