I tried to ask for an exchange but because I don’t still have the receipt they have to apparently take it to higher corporate. Yet they can see literally see on my account when, where, what time and what jeans I purchased. I’m very upset. All I wanted was an exchange as I only got to wear these jeans twice. So upset.

My teenage niece chose something off the clearance rack that was supposed to be 60% off but it was coming up full price when we went to pay. I questioned the cashier about it and she said it was full price (without even checking) then she asked the manager who said it was on clearance. Both staff members seemed to have not cared about the error nor did they apologize. They probably bank on younger girls not noticing the price difference and price gouge this way. Please fix your internal system to ensure what you are marketing aligns with what is actually being charged.
