I tried to ask for an exchange but because I don’t still have the receipt they have to apparently take it to higher corporate. Yet they can see literally see on my account when, where, what time and what jeans I purchased. I’m very upset. All I wanted was an exchange as I only got to wear these jeans twice. So upset.
